I'm trying to install and use Simple Native Trainer v6.5 for GTA IV Episodes from Liberty City. I'm using GNU/Linux as my Operating System of choice that's why I chose to go with using Steam's Proton, which is Steam's fork of WINE (WINE Is Not an Emulator) which translates Window's System Calls into POSIX'sSystem Calls. I did manage to patch the game to version 1.1.2.0, I've placed xlive.dll, Scripthook.dll (That came distributed with Simple Native Trainer v6.5), tbogttrainer.asi, tbogttrainer.ini into the game directory. While in-game I pressed F4 and nothing happens. Then I looked back into the directory and saw that there was a Scripthook.log file within the directory. I opened it using a Text Editor of some kind, this is what it stated, '[FATAL] Failed to detect game version'. The file also stated the Scripthook's process base which was at 0x400000. I don't know what could be the issue, but it has something to do with Scripthook.dll, in this case the version of Scripthook.dll that I'm using is v0.5.1. Does anyone know how to get around this problem? Any help or useful information would be appreciated. Thanks for taking the time for viewing this issue.
Edited by LinuxUser101If you use 3dm then 3dm is the issue, this is it - if you have the crash on the loading screens make sure that you have the latest ScriptHookV version (v1.0.573.1), also make sure that you are.
