Unless you take a ton of radiation damage, don't use radiation removingitems; instead, wait until you arrive at the first major city and have Doctor Sunremove it for 40 caps. Learn the Lockpicking perk (levels 1 and 2), as well as Hacking perk(level 1) as soon as you're comfortably able to. If you want to explore on your own, learn the VANS perk so VATS can showyou the easiest path to your next objective. Basic Tips And Tricks
To use Fallout 4’s commands, you’ll need to open the developer console screen.
